Beautiful product and super happy to now have a white version as well as the pink in the jumpsuits. So excited to wear them out and about because they fit so well. My partner wants to show me off in both!

Quality of dress poor. Have to pay for delivery and returns. Not open at weekends so can’t get your return slip immediately. Would definitely not use again.

I sent an email to customer care about a damaged item but no response initially. After posting the review I was contacted immediately and the issue solved in a very swift manner. Will certainly shop again.

The order process was slick and easy to order. However, the return process is set up so as to delay the return with the hope you will give up and just keep the items. This needs looking at as most companies, you log on, print a return and take it to the postal service. With Closet you have to send a request, wait for their approval and I am still waiting!!

To be completely honest I like the dress but it is 100% not worth the £140 price tag. I brought the dress for a wedding that I’m going to. It’s a long sleeve wrap dress. I wore a long sleeve wrap dress to a wedding I went to last year and it was from phase eight. I’ve never shopped with closet London before but I really liked the design of the dress so I took a chance and bought it, considering that’s how much I was looking to pay for a dress at phase 8 where I usually shop anyway. When the dress arrived I was quite disappointed, although the print is beautiful the quality is nowhere near what I thought it would be and the zip seems very stiff and cheap and am scared it will break if I pull it too hard. A few of my friends have seen the dress and preferred the dress I wore last year from phase 8. The delivery time was fine, the price is extortionate for the what you get sent. The print is pretty but no worth the price tag. If I had the time I would send it back and look at something else. Dont think I will be shopping here again for these prices compared to the quality
